About cropping images with a drag rectangle
Image Cropper lets you drag a rectangle on a preview and download that region. Coordinates are in source pixels, not CSS pixels, so the crop matches the photo, not the scaled preview. Aspect chips lock 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, or 9:16; Free is an unconstrained rectangle. Custom keeps the ratio you type in width and height. Everything stays in this tab.
Cropping does not straighten horizon or export layered PSD. Handles on the preview resize the box; X and Y move it in source pixels. If you need exact output width after crop, resize afterward. Memory still belongs to the decoded bitmap — huge RAW-like files that the browser cannot decode will fail locally.
